Thank you for visiting this consultation website.

Following our pre-application consultation in October last year, we have been refining our plans and have recently submitted a hybrid planning application to Rushcliffe Borough Council (RBC).

The application includes around 1,600 homes, a primary school, sports pitches and landscaped public open spaces.

We are holding an in-person public consultation event at: Gamston Community Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6PS on Friday 22 March 2024, between 3pm and 7.30pm.

We welcome comments on our application, which will be revised throughout the determination period. RBC is undertaking a period of statutory consultation and you have the opportunity to submit comments to RBC before we amend our application later this year.

Planning Background

Land north of Tollerton (redevelopment of Nottingham City Airport) is an allocated site for development within Rushcliffe Borough Council’s Local Plan, which was adopted in December 2014.
